nice blind quality. i was mounting inside a window area set in block construction and the bracket screws needed to go UP into surround above the window. problem is; that's drywall with a small airgap; then concrete. the supplied screws had no chance of working. ended up usingn tapcon concrete screws and drilling 'starter' holes for them.
Ordered these to replace some old vinyl blinds that were falling apart from the sun exposure.Fit was accurate to the specified measurement. My only mistake was that I didn't measure the window width at the top and the bottom. Turned out those were different by about 1/4 inch. So the blinds fit perfectly at the bottom; but were just a bit too wide at the top mounting spot. I ended up solving this by removing one of the endcaps and that let it fit in ok.The white color is a good neutral white and it is definitely blackout. This was for a bathroom window so this works great to keep the room bright while blocking any view into the room from outside.Cordless up and down operations works well.Satisfied with this purchase and hope it turns out to be durable in the sun over time.
